Bill...CNBC also says that they are paying $60 per share. Tom Costello said that DEC is up 10 in London and CPQ is UP 1, on the news. Stephen

BILL, remember the "bloated" workforce does more than assemble component boxes at DEC. Some severe intellectual property and software. For 9.6 billion (1/2 of which is funny money) you are getting a bargain. This stuff would never arise on its own out of Texas.

Thanks Bill, good points. Have you any idea on DEC's revenue from the service business? I hear that may be one of the reasons CPQ is buying them.
