A Racist is a person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of other races, or who believes that a particular race is superior to another.

A fair minded non Rascist may do things that apply to all Americans but their effect may in fact greatly benefit some races over other but only in the fact that those races have been impacted more by less enlightened minds who chose less wise solutions in the past.

Many of the bulleted items will have non-equal impacks on different races. But I consider all to be far more American fair.

Democrat cities and states create the things we need to function. NY is the center of money and Cali is the center of tech. Can anyone imagine the US without both?

Republicans can't seem to grasp the concept of doing. They whine and they procrastinate but do? That's a tough one.
