Dear Gerry: I know John R. He is not a short he is a trader in this stock and has so told everyone. He also has been involved in this stock longer than any other of us. That may explain his growing lack of impatience. But, I can assure you that at one time or another he owns or controls a fairly large block of stock. Unlike most of us though he buys some and sells some regularly. If you are skeptical you may feel he wishes to buy at this point and would like to drive the price a little lower. Frankly, I think he is just impatient and shooting off his mouth. But, I believe he has ours AND HIS best interests at heart. So be a little patient with him. I am. I figure within 2 weeks the releases will begin pouring out and good ole John will once again be singing the praises of the TPRO. JDN

Gerry--- You have not been around very long or you would know better. Please detail one instance of any untruth. The only place we disagree is you believe dilution is good I guess. I hope to move on quickly as this is my biggest drain at this time. If I had not traded so most of my shares were not almost free I would not be holding any now and would be gone. Hopefully at this time next week I will be nearly out of this one IF mgmt can do anything to get the stock up instead of just diluting so it continues down. As they get their shares at 1/2 price or less why should they care about you or me? I take it you are happy with the currant downward trend in share price therefore I am pleased you are passing over my posts--- with that mindset you invest to lose money-- the exact opposite of my goals.

Too bad you have your head in the sand or possibly together we could get mgmt to act with shareholder interest in mind.

John
