Crazy. The fear in the community is quite significant. It won’t go away unless the pandemic does. My State has just declared emergency over 3 testing positive. 3 in a densely populated area of central Washington DC. They are getting ready to shut down schools. I don’t see the market bouncing in this environment, except doing a dead cat bounce.

Resume: even though the fear is extreme, I can’t see it going away as the pandemic grows. It is fear of death.
