DrRisk, the compatability is improving. Microsoft has a new device driver model that they are encouraging all peripheral manufacturers to follow. Using the new driver model, Windows9x and NT will use identical drivers.

The DVD is theirs to screw up but the street wants content other than movies

Good point. One of the areas I've noticed growth in is online training. This would be a great application for DVD as it would permit a video/interactive mode of presentation. There are already many internet-based educational enterprises springing up. Unfortunately, the real arena for this resource would be the corporate environment, most of which is fast rolling toward NT. Let's hope the gap of compatability between Win95 and NT apps narrows. I always thought that vendors had to become certified for both in order to get the Win95 logo...

DRRISK, As previously stated I optioned 1/2 of my CREAF holdings w/ Feb 17.5 call options- so far so good. CREAF's CEO has some good strategies in mind IMO- now two macro events wil hold CREAF down for the time being- those are Asian issues and the uncertainty around Pres. Clinton in the USA.

Once those clear then I believe we will move decisively forward. But trying to guess when they will clear is anyone's guessing game. I still believe that the fact CREAF is Asian-based will be a positive shortly, and not a negative....

And good short-term call Chip Hunter!

Sincerely,

Doug F.
