Unless and until you get tested positive for the virus, no assumptions should be made simply because you have come up with flu symptoms. The Winter Flu affects millions of people every year and right now, the hospitals are more than half full of flu victims alone. Steph Curry just came up with the flu this morning for example. . Do you have a case of pneumonia? That is one of the symptoms of serious Covid19 infections. I think you might be playing a little bit of the hypochondriac. Relax. Most likely you will be fine. If not, you should know soon enough.
