That's been the plan here in Hawaii since day 1 of this year

don't test, don't tell

Our Hawaii economy is a mirror image of Illinois. Ours has three legs(tourism, gov't jobs and military). Independent businesses simply get hammered by taxation and red tape.

Rather than tell the truth about Covid 19, the bobblehead Ige flew to Hapan and begged them to keep sending infected tourists our way. The Grand Princess has exposed his lies and I haven't talked to anyone this year who has anything good to say about Ige. Our ponzi scheme could easily unravel if tourism shuts down.

My County Mayor just proposed a 7% budget increase he says is necessary because our firemen and cops were granted retirement raises between 44% - 65% over the past 4 years. This on top of top County officials getting raises last year in the 60%+ range. Population is 200,000. Budget next year will be $645,000,000 with 75% of that going to County salaries & retirements.
