I quoted info from WHO based on global averages. If you go back to the origin of this discussion, you will see that my objection was to a shortsighted post that only measured mortality rate and did not include the attack rate. And from that flawed analysis, it jumped into the conclusion that there is no basis for worry and this is a panic made up by social media. Anyway, I don't really care for this discussion. Feel free to take as few precautions as you want. There was some idiot in Iran who licked a shrine's entrance to prove the power of faith over science. Perhaps you'd like to join him. I don't care.
