There had already been stories coming out of China that said that there were many people who carried the virus but failed to show any symptoms of it. They were also said to be able to pass the virus to others who then exhibited symptoms. That would be in line with what HHS just stated. South Korea is the only nation that has been extensively testing for the virus and they are coming in at .6% (less than one percent) which is also in line with the HHS numbers. This isn't about agreeing with the boss. It is about common sense based on accumulated information. .
