Good morning Bill, I am currently on the West Coast and did get up at 5:20 to listen to the call. I'll submit more indepth thoughts of the call later. In regards to the layoffs, you forgot to mention that NONE of the cuts were from the Y2K division. Since most of the longs have bought Zitel for their Y2K potential, this is an important point. In regards to their financial postion, correct me if I'm mistaken, but didn't their CFO say that they have enough finances to meet their obligations for 6 months. This is to say that if they experience the same results over the next two quarters as they achieved last quarter then they will require additional financing after six months. Sincerely, Jas
