Italy is not doing enough testing, so most of those infected are not being counted.

If you test 10,000 people a day as South Korea has done, you have probably identified nearly all of the infected people - which is 5,328 people, of which 32 have died.

That's a mortality rate of 0.6% in South Korea.

Part of that is it appears most in South Korea become infected with the less lethal of the two Covid-19 viral variants.

Hi El,

No doubt the true efficacy of a country's medical health care systems are being tested.

Those who talk a good game, but can not back it up,will have higher death rates of the elderly.
