Mark:

I reviewed my charts today. The Commodity Research Bureau index is very interesting. It made a bottom in late 1992 early 1993 at @200.00. 1st quarter of 1996 it made its high @261.00 the low since then was @221.00. It has rallied off these lows. The reaction from the 1996 highs to the recent lows is almost exactly 2/3 actually if my calculations are correct it is .655. All of you fibonocci people out there will understand the significance of this. It is quite possible that the index has put in a multiyear low. It will probably be tested, but if it holds CRB looks up. Anyone out there have any information on cycles for the CRB?? It would be interesting to see if the cycles tell us anything.

Live long and prosper,
