I wonder if this is affecting Compaq

the combination of company cultures will be just as important as the merger of products and services as the two structures come from different backgrounds which should give management plenty of work in keeping together what made each company successful and not lose site of continuing to generate growth. Hence, near term, management may be taxed to the point where performance may suffer.
