Tim, I find this whole announcement a little confusing. Sounds like they want to offer wireless service to ISP's? Still, that maybe interesting, but CellularVision only has one market they are approved to sell in as I understand it(?). Don't they want to offer their own internet service?

Also, they talk about 48k when you can get 56k standard modems through any ISP. I would be happier to see access speeds in the mbit range as we so often hear. Are these systems 2 way, or usng a phone line for return path?

Also, they are saying their effort to do multi channel TV is failing and they want to focus on data. I wonder why?

At the risk of sounding foolish, SuperCharge sounds expensive to me. I didn't even think of it as boosting service, but just focused on the word "charge" until I read the whole release.

Can you give us more reason why this should be good for HLIT? Somehow, I'm missing it.
