I’m with you there on the chicken soup. I make chicken broth from scratch all the time and keep quarts of it on hand in the freezer. For lunch today I used 2 cups of chicken broth to make this top Ramen soup. I added sliced scallions, onion, carrots, jalapeños, & peas. I kicked up the broth with some Pho bullion, garnished with a bit of cilantro, and Chile oil. Then topped with hoisin sauce and sirachi. This is how I eat when the market is up; bread and water when it’s down.
