Longnshort, Joe Biden is using the tired old excuse of "yelling fire in a crowded theater" to invalidate the 2nd amendment. Yelling "fire" in a crowded theater is a malicious use of speech. You are intending to create panic and cause great bodily harm to the people in the theater, all based on a false pretense. Possessing a firearm is NOT the same thing. You are NOT using that firearm in a malicious manner. You are NOT trying to deceive the public. You are NOT going around creating a panic and causing great bodily harm simply by possessing the firearm. I'm only addressing this because it's not just demented Biden who is using this faulty logic. Instead, it's the kind of faulty logic that is often repeated among all of the anti-2nd amendment people, including the "woke" assholes like David Hogg. It's lazy thinking, logically inconsistent with itself, and dangerous to a free republic. Even if you think the 2nd amendment should be repealed or ignored, this kind of argument is just plain wrong. Tenchusatsu
