To Mohan; No, I have not taken into account any cost savings. I would if I knew with any certainty what they might be. However, being conservative and since this number is not available just yet, I cannot assume a number for this factor yet. As to future growth, that is arguably already built into the projected earnings of DEC for 1998 and no adjustment needs to be made. As to synergies between the two having a net positive impact on eps I don't know enough about the workings of cpq and dec to reach any conclusion.
