Looks like this plan should satisfy everyone.
The board is placing a market value of SGV @ .20/share and KWG @ .40/share, the rights work out to .10-.11/right value convertable into equivalent SGV or KWG shares.

Claude. I think most commercial creditors will refuse. If enough crony owned debtor companies vote for it, it may fly. I would want the previous manglement(yep, they sure mangled things didn't they) out of all positions. Icelandic should call the police.
If they ask for a SH vote by all and suppress the insiders vote I think they will get to remove the dead wood that did this. If not then the insider blocks will vote for this whitewash.

I would like to see all responsible parties stripped of their votes and shares, with the residual value devolving to the shareholders, who would then elect a new slate to run it.

The company will neve again get credit/credibility or good properties offered until the old boys are gone.
