Hi Bob,
China done is sending surpluses to Italy.

The Italian government is preparing to purchase a thousand lung ventilators needed for the intensive care units.

These are ready-to-use machines, produced by Chinese companies and of which the Beijing executive - given the drop in infections due to a tight containment policy - no longer needs. A useful surplus, however, for our hospitals.
