"last date to exercise."

Yeah, thanks, GW, I knew that, but forgot to factor it in. I wonder how far out the recently repriced ASND options go, (the excercise date), but I'm guessin' that we won't know until a month after, (and I'm sure they are not all the same excercise date). The original confusion I had was when all this factors into the EPS, which it sounds like under the "new rule", is as of right now, i.e. I was wrong and 5speed was right on that. It appears also that one could look at the disparity between "old" and "new" EPS as a way to help form a conclusion as to the stability of the company, (i.e. bigger than "normal" disparity = potential future problems). I'll be watchin' the numbers that come out now for that, since I have no idea what "normal" is in Silicon Valley. (Great, more numbers. happy happy joy joy.) I'm glad I'm not the guy that has to figure out what already happened in the "diluted" department so I can make sense out of the big picture. In any event, it's a good thing IMHO that we have the new rule, because it gives us a better yardstick.

thanks, pete

HOW 'BOUT THEM BRONCS!! (OK, I won't do it again. I was just really really happy for 'em. My dad was a lifelong Denver fan, and he passed away last year. He would have been yellin'.)
