But SK has been testing the heck out of things. We aren't.

To me, there should be a massive effort with every positive case to test as quickly as possible the most likely 100 people to have been in contact with them. We should ramp up to 100K tests a day or something on that order. And then follow up each new positive result the same way. Stop throwing $B's at side shows and throw a few $B at the immediate issue and see if we can get ahead of the curve.
