President Biden wouldn't have waited for the markets to crash before he did something, just as other Democrats wouldn't have waited for 911 or the financial collapse to do their jobs. You see, Dems know how to govern because we're fact based. Republicans need opinion (mostly baseless opinion). I find it interesting that Pence is saying anyone who downplays this virus is doing a disservice to the country. That would be talk radio and fox.
