To All: Please note that the 10k will be posted within the nest two days followed shortly thereafter by Paul's letter to shareholders detailing where INCE has been,what the current situtation is and his vision for the future.A public relations campaign will then be undertaken by Global. The news that will be disseminated in a series of press releases bodes well for INCE. I would not do anything hastily until you have had an opportunity to review this information, i.e. Roth or not.
