To me it indicates that the co-producers must be ready to supply product. In the past, they were selling all that they could make (without big ad campaigns).

I am more impressed with the fact that IOM feels that they will have the product to meet increased demand, rather than the ads themselves.

Or is this just wishful thinking on my part? Comments?
