Couple things about pause. Am pondering drug prophylaxis,,,, reduction in patient viral load, can dramatically reduce spread of infections. 2 week course, maybe see 80%-90% drop in viral burden. See HIV and HSV. Is crapshoot harebrained ,,,surely,, Hey Bob, is making handwaving suggestions and jumping up and down. Maybe even pounding table. Surely the mice are already in cages. If can reduce hospitalizations, by reduce inflammation by more drugs--- etc,,, also good cause for pause. Such freedom in America, not so likely to have good compliance except maybe when 1 in 1000000 goes to maybe say 1 in 500, maybe not until 1 in 10. etc. Even if, maybe 6 months, good case, all gloves are off, maybe 3-4. Tox has already been done. Is hypocratic no-harm no foul, less paranoids than vaccines. etc. Compare to 6 month shut down cost,,, is maybe cheap. Shutdown,,, and service/manufacturing--China USA are now joined at hip, one cannot move without other. Temporary pause in hostilities seems in order. Point is, i am in pause camp, because I am former Hey Bob,,, I believe in Bob.
