Lowell, I respectfully disagree.
First, Firamada only has one office (Rolla, Missouri) that is involved in the same kind of manual labor placements as Manpower. These involve light duty industrial and factory work. I'm doind my DD now to answer your questions with greater detail, but I believe that comparing Manpower or Kelly staffing to some of the more specialized placements that FAMH is doing is apples and oranges.
If you are right in your assumptions, then yes there is a problem. Personally, I don't think that Mr. Monas or Mr. Adams would be so foolish as to fudge the math like that. I believe that they have both had direct feedback from the audit and the numbers quoted by Ira in the conference call are close to what they will be when the audit is released. I'll get back to you on the industry comparisons when I finish. I personally believe that the D&B report is not accurate or specific enough and is too broadly evaluated in terms of industry comparisons, only because I believe I have seen other numbers from another source on industry averages and they were more in line with what FAMH has been telling us. Good Luck. Jin.

Lowell: Appreciate your perspective. Please differentiate between gross margin stated as 26-30% and industry averages. Don't your figures refer to net margins? What effect would this have on your valuation?

Lowell - Thanks for the post. The smaller public staffing comapnies do have higher net profit margins than the large companies. After I get home tonight I'll try to post the two I researched, but I remember something in the 8% area. Please keep an eye on the stock, you may want to come back.
