With a mean incubation period of 5-6 days, if 100K were infected than most must be asymptomatic either that or there would be a huge number sick in one week. If most remain asymptomatic, then it would be the case that CV-19 is far less fatal than the flu unless of course the flu infects far more too, and most are also asymptomatic.
