Vince, I have talked to Helen, and others, have also visited Franklin in Westlake. So have done a modest amount of DD. Still apprecieate the thoughts and insights of others as didn't grow up with the electronic age. I've also looked the grim reaper in the eye so can handle those without my best interests at heart. Vince, I think you are overlooking another possibility. Some of us have done our own DD and are perfectly comfortable with our investment in Franklin. We don't need hand-holding. But it is still informative and interesting to read notes from other people who have talked with the company or gleemed information from some other source. I agree with Mitch that it seems counterproductive for ALL of us to call Helen all of the time. If you are a long term investor, and know what and why you invested in FTEL, then you don't have to worry we are in a wait and see state.
