I found that when I post a chart, if I also open a new tab and stick the url in there, load that at the same time I'm uploading to SI...it works more often than not. Makes me think it's internet since sometimes it will time out on the new tab too. But the new tab "takes" the chart easier and as it does...it takes on SI too. Go figure.
