MBA, It does look like good news with great potential... Everything in this points to releiving the cash position problem or possible buyout/merger/JV... Looks like were moving ahead so pending projects won't be waiting for one to have revenue streams before NorAm can start another...much better having many irons working in the fire all at once...

I'm afraid this is more like "interesting" news than "great" news. To me, great news is a solid revenue report, or a couple of Buy ratings by significant market makers, or the signing of some important contracts, or the addition of some outstanding managerial types, or......... Well, you see my point. This announcement is good news, to be sure. On a scale of 1 - 10, though, I'd only give it about a 3 or 4 (with 10 being outstandingly good news). George
