Jim,

You are right on the money. Mr. Brinker has maintained for a long time that he considers Intel a trading stock. That is what he is doing when he buys and sells the stock. It just isn't a long-term investment for him at this time.

The previous weekend he did say he thought Intel was dead money. However, last week he changed his mind based on the changing conditions of the market, as you have stated.

He is perfectly consistent with how he trades Intel. He explained his position very clearly this past weekend.
