I looked at this carefully, even clicking on the sources, and it was interesting how many were travel related. Not all mention the destinations but a few were Italy and other places in Europe.

Do you approve of the ban on travel from Europe?

At this point, I think, Germany is the most interesting country to watch WRT CoViD.

3.675 cases, 8 deaths. (Current case mortality at 0.22%). An increase of 930 cases - but the total number of “serious/critical” cases is low, at 9.

Why is it important to look at a country with some of the best stats? Because it shows what this epidemic looks like under conditions of competent management.

Why “competent”? Because finding nearly a 1000 cases in a day suggests that they are testing and diagnosing very aggressively. Low case fatality suggests that medical management and treatment of existing cases are of a good quality.

In part, low fatality suggests that they are picking up many relatively mild cases - but that SHOUlD be part of the game. Those mildly sick individuals will self isolate, and slow down the spread - preventing hospitals from getting overwhelmed.
