Hi Barry - There really wasn't much else said. Francis asked about the impact of the Intel deal with DEC on this merger, Palmer's response was that there was no impact. However, a poster earlier today brought up an interesting point, the fact that in the INTC/DEC deal there was a point about obtaining Intel chips with 'special pricing'. Sounds like a net positive for CPQ on this, although it's a guess on my part as I have no idea what the pricing is and how many chips we are talking about. John
