From the UBS Downgrade Press Release, Jan. 26, posted in Reply #3411:

<However, Theodosopoulos said the company remains an
acquisition candidate in 1998, which limits downside risk.>

In the 65 new postings since this one, I have seen no comments on what, on the surface, is a very intriguing premise. Has anyone heard of any other company being interesting in a buyout of DIGI? I haven't found reference to this from any other source. Yet the company REMAINS an acquisition candidate. What's up?

Thanks to this downgrade, I got to buy a bit more DIGI at 18 1/2 on the 26th. Thank you, UBS Securities (and thank you, AIM).
