The allocation from Dean Witter seems to be pretty tight. I deal with one of the NYC offices and they only got 1,100 shares for the entire office of which I got 100 (and may buy more at the open). In reading the some of the research, it looks like Verisign should have a nice pop at the open and probably be solid in the near term. Long term seems a bit more uncertain though. They're doing the pricing tonight-- btn $11-$13-- broker expects it to be on the high end. It'll open on the 30th. Good luck to all! Frank
