Fulvio:

If you do intend to short KRY again, wait until the close on Thursday.

Assuming that the profitability of this particular position of
mine (i.e., not a short from weeks ago) is theoretically based
upon the the frustration selling that would come out in the event
of yet another delay, then by waiting I am missing the boat.

Essentially, I am betting (for now) that whatever news will not
come out this week. I am not necessarily betting on a PDG win.

Besides...RSI has turned down already.

This is a great poker game.
Hold 'em or fold 'em.

Fulvio and other fellow-Kry'rs:

I was somewhat concerned with the rather relentless downtrend in the
stock over the past several weeks, but today's action put us
right back over the trendlines on huge volume. Judging Carson's
assesment of the situation, and the stock performance, in addition
to Placer's attitude and releases on the subject of their Venezuela
operations, it appears that the presence of the KRY team in Venezuela
is telling, and we may be in the beginning of a sea-change in the
attitude of the MEM vis a vis Crystallex. I sense that we are
entering the next stage in this companys' progress, and hope that we
will see it advance a lot farther.

Dan
