Probably. Looks like if it holds above 8.5, we could see it move up to the next resistance.

There's a lot to like about the news release. $3.7 million
divided by 500,000 shares comes out to $7.40/sh. That fact
that these guys were willing to pay such a high relative
price thru a private placement when they could have quietly
bought an equivalent amount in the open market over the past
several days at a cheaper price (or at worst the same) is a
little surprising, and hence quite bullish. There's an
awful lot to like about their business pedigree and present
business contacts in the telecommunications sector. Having
Oshman, the "O" in ROLM (Rolm was named after the initials
of its 4 founders) and Moley, former head honcho of Stratacom
and now with Cisco on their board would have been an incredible
coup in its own right. For them to INVEST their OWN money in
this company is as important if not more so as their placement
on CMCI's board of directors, IMHO. If you are judged by the
company you keep, CMCI just got judged as being a lot more
attractive to hang around with.
