in matters of stupidity found, unless the stats of false positive and false negative are known, no one has a handle on anything. false negatives are the deadly danger. false positives are simply a cost of wasted prevention logistics. One person coming from a know contact and tested negative falsely can then go on to infect hundreds and even thousands. One person can create a hot spot of infection, The CDC is what the obomination made it. Until a new test, illness arises one cannot evaluate all the rules and procedures created by those put in place with obamination experts when they handled past crisis. When more focus could have had more effect the dems in congress and the senate were all about attempting a treasonous coup d'état. Many of them are old and may get their just deserts.
