Here's some general wisdom: put some social distance between your savings and the stock market for a while.

There are some terrific options premiums available,
because of the volatility. I sold some Puts the other day
and got over $200 for a each one month option. Unreal!

The Puts were so far out of the money that I couldn't
believe it. If exercised and the stock is Put to me, a stodgy
blue chip insurance co. stock will pay me 8.5% yield
for the duration of me! :-)
It normally pays about a 3% divi yield.
