Elk, on the SI thread for QGLY. I never called the NASDAQ to verify it but I would be surprised if it wasn't true since the requirements aren't as strict so their would necessarily be less difficult hurdles to pass. With the NASDAQ, the hurdles are higher and leave more room for failure.

If the company passed all of the hurdles for both, equally, I'm not sure if it would save time or not.
