The real problem for them is in the corporate bond market...

Some of that obviously tied to the Frackers... but... ???

Leaves me wondering what the constraints on the numbers announced are... since they clearly do get that "unlimited repo" issues as a need... before today... when ZERO reserve requirement means... banks are suddenly liberated once again... to be the incredibly bad risk takers that they are...

Solving the problem of alcoholism... by handing out free bottles on skid road... makes more sense than undoing the "expanded reserve requirements" imposed post 2008... to prevent banks from being as stupid as they are when allowed to be...

They might all pile into the market today... and be deep underwater on all of that by tomorrow...
