I appreciate your observation. Isn't it ironic that these insiders sold while employed but bought and held after being unemployed? I don't undertand. I believe they must have realized their incompetence all along and now see House as someone competent enough to turn BAY around. Either way, you are right. These buys are a good signal. I wish I knew what the exercise price of those options was (surely bargain basement, below $10) in order to determine their cash outlay. Jackson
