He is on record in saying exactly that with that cruise ship with the coronavirus cases that he did NOT want it to dock in US soil because the number of cases would go up.. Absolutely correct. Those patients could not be released to prevent community spread and infect other people. DUH! They needed to be quarantined on the ship at sea until places for them to be quarantined were available. You need to educate yourself quite a bit more and stop posting about things that you have zero knowledge about. You pretend to know everything that there is to know about everything, and you DON'T know very much at all!
