It is an interesting progression to see DEC sell off businesses like it has and now merge with CPQ. I wonder if CPQ will want to work as closely with CS as was previously arranged. I also wonder if CPQ will want to buy CS as has been previously mentioned. It would seem the price is reasonable and CPQ is still looking for good buys to expand business according to CPQ CEO.

It is my guess, that this merger will favor NT over Sun. Any thoughts on whether this will favor CS?

Was good to see CPQ gave DEC shareholders a premium for their shares. I've seen so many takeunders lately.

Regards,

Mark
