FWIW....I've had this gal bookmarked because she is tracking the broader market averages on a TA stand point. I also spent some time with her in INTU. She is pretty sharp on a TA basis here's a couple of posts;

.........this should tell us that they are very aware of the sell-off due to the msft "threat."
