Well I like to be perfect ... hey wait!

In any event, I don't see the one that I have (have it for several years now, no problem even tough it was the cheapest) but the link that I posted is one of the current least expensive from Amazon so you might consider it.

Also to consider: the warehouse clubs sometimes have these things as well - they may not have the low end one but the one I saw was well discounted.

Oh - and if you not seated when the action occurs, water will spay on the floor.
The one that I have does not have a deadman's switch, so if you leave the facilities with the knob on, you will have a flood. Also it probably can't take much weight if you lean on it, but it isn't in a position where it is likely to occur. Never had either problem in my house or when I installed it in my mother in laws house.
