Pierre, I am glad to see that the number of QM-DI installs in the U.S is so important. They must not be any where else in the world due to the fact that they (the press) can't print any other language than English.<ggg>

5 QM-DI in Cincinnati, Ohio area
4 QM-DI in Clevalnd-Akron area
9 in Ohio (could/probably be more) x 50 states=450?
Does any one else know of others?

As for an un-substantiated rumor about the loss of money due to being oversold a press by Heidelberg, Why would a competent business man (read person) invest 1/2 million in a digital press and $100-300k in the front end engine (computers) to feed it without a VERY sound business plan (read due diligence) and enough business in hand to pay for such an investment. It sounds flawed from the beginning and has nothing to do with the quality or quantity that could or can be derived from the press. Business plans fail all day, every day and most fail because of a failure to define a mission statement. Ie; don't build carburators if every car is fuel injected. I would not wish any ill-will toward such a printer and hope that the high resale value of these press's brings him (her) out of such a jam.
