Seriously, I don’t know, I hesitated to post it because until I saw what you posted, I couldn’t find any corroborating material. The friend that sent the link to me is doing it. 5 minuets every hour with no pain, no damage. His theory is no big pharma can make money on it so it will not be “sold” as a solution. BTW. The video was posted about a month ago.

It is known. It's just been forgotten. My family filled our rooms with hot mist from a vaporizer whenever we got a flu like illness. It opened the sinuses and cleared the lungs as we chucked up multicolored lung butter....... those were the days. Shootie

Sounds good. If breathing hot air kills cold and flu virus's why isn't it better known? According to the medical guy on that Joe Rogan podcast that was linked, air hot enough to destroy the virus would severely damage your lungs. Ordinary hot air, even from being in a sauna won’t do it.
