Phil, Believe me, I don't want to give DAMIEN credit for anything other than vaporizing into the ether. This is a surreal period here. Nobody seems to have a real grasp on what is going to happen. If S3 didn't have pockets full of cash it would be a much easier call. I'm not so sure this particular earnings period will tell us much on where the stock will go in the next two to three quarters. I think this is called a state of "flux?" <g> Luck to you all. Onward, George
