Addi, I don't know precisely at what point in time you want the number of outstanding shares, but they are reported with the quarterly results. See, e.g.:

Further to Charles #7265, if the diluted and the basic earnings are the same, then the no. of shares is as stated. Otherwise add the percentage difference between the basic and the diluted EPS to the no. of stated shares outstanding.
